HAIR REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 3 bundles of human hair is required for wig construction.

Please ensure you have all necessary hair and materials before submitting your order.

TURNAROUND TIME

Standard turnaround time is approximately 7–14 business days, beginning once your hair and/or required materials have been received.

Turnaround times may vary depending on the current workload.

A $50 rush fee may be available upon request and is subject to approval. Please contact us before purchasing if you need your unit completed sooner.

Please double-check all measurements before submitting your order.

Uncensored Beauty is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the client. Incorrect measurements may affect the fit of your finished unit.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

If you are shipping your bundles, please contact us by email or message to receive the shipping address. Do not ship your hair until the address has been confirmed.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit. We strongly recommend adding a signature confirmation to your shipment.
