Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Uncensored Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Uncensored Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
